What to do on a public holiday Monday?

Yesterday was a public holiday and as a working person it is important not to waste these, considering you only get a few per year as well. Merilyn had the idea of a BBQ at Heathcote, Carine and I thought it was brilliant! So I called as many people as I could get hold of. At about 15:00 Merilyn, Carine and I met up and went to buy the BBQ food, we prepared it and began cooking at Heathcote around 17:30. People started to show up and eventually all 60+ sausages were cooked. After dinner we just relaxed and sat around talking. Seemed like everyone had a great time and those who went can't say they wasted their Monday public holiday. As usual here are some pics below,
