David's final days of freedom - well not really

David Pang, a good friend of mine is getting married! On the September 30th it was David's bucks day celebration thingy. Bucks day you say? Well yes, nothing dirty or anything was involved. Anyways, Darrell had organized a laser game thing and lunch in Swan Valley. Laser game you say? Well yes but nothing like Q-zar or Zone 3. This place was called Laser Corp and it was full on. We were required to put on army jump suits and the battlefield was outdoors. The place was complete with obstacles, trenches, bunkers, long grass and mud. We had alot of fun shooting each other and I think Mr. Pang did too as he was a pretty good sharp shooter. One thing that annoyed most of us was that our shoes got really wet due to the moisture in the grass. After the shooting we went for lunch at a restaurant nearby. I ordered steak, salad and chips and added some garlic prawns on the side - it was pretty good. Anyways, I think the groom had salmon and cous cous. After eating Darrell gave a speech and after that David gave his speech. So that was pretty much the end of the bucks day. It was a pretty good day in the end. Just to note, the AFL grand finals was on at this time, more on this in the next post.
